Dimension Radius/Diameter Note

Use it!

Used to place a note dimension on a circle or circular arc.

Style

Displays the active dimension style. The drop-down list box allows you to select other available dimension styles.

Magnifying glass icon

Opens the Dimension Styles dialog box, which is used to control settings for dimensioning.

Type

Sets the type of dimension: Radius or Diameter.

To place a note dimension on a circle or arc
  1. Select the Dimension Radius/Diameter Note tool.

  2. In the tool settings window, set the Type to either Radius or Diameter.

  3. Identify the circle or arc.

  4. Enter a data point to define the length of the extension line.
