Place Section Marker

Use it!

Used to place a section marker in a file.

Text

Defines the text (up to 80 characters) that appears above the line of the section marker.

Subtitle

Defines the text (up to 80 characters) that appears below the line of the section marker.

Reference #

Defines the reference number that appears on the top line of the section marker.

Sheet #

Defines the sheet number that appears below the line of the section marker.

To place a section marker
  1. Select the Place Section Marker tool.
    The Place Section Marker settings window opens.

  2. Choose the desired title, subtitle, reference number, and Sheet number to appear in the section marker.

    Required text is input via the tool's settings window.

      

  3. Enter a data point to define the location of the section marker.

    To place the Section Marker, enter a data point (1) to define the location for marker.
