Cell Selector

If no cell library is loaded, selecting this menu item opens the Select Cell Library to Load dialog box. The dialog box controls are analogous to those in the Open dialog box (see Open).

Selecting a cell library opens the Cell Selector dialog box, which is used to find and place cells. Or, if a cell library is already loaded, selecting Utilities > Cell Selector automatically opens the Cell Selector dialog box.
