Contrast/Brightness


Use it!

Used to adjust the contrast and brightness for the display of raster image files attached to the design file. No changes are made to the original raster file, the contrast and brightness settings are saved with the image file attachment. When you select an image to modify, the existing contrast and brightness settings are displayed in the tool settings.

Contrast

Adjusts the contrast of the selected raster image file. Setting can be adjusted by keying in a new value, or by using the slide control in the tool settings window.

Brightness

Adjusts the brightness of the selected raster image file. Setting can be adjusted by keying in a new value, or by using the slide control in the tool settings window.

To adjust the contrast/brightness display of an attached raster file
  1. Select the Contrast/Brightness tool.

  2. Identify the raster file.

  3. Adjust the Contrast and Brightness settings as required.

  4. You also can select the image file prior to selecting the Contrast/Brightness tool.
